		<description>I know what you mean about finding time for personal development. We all tend to get so wrapped up in things that we don&#039;t take time for ourselves. I also agree that are there ways in which we can improve HR and, like everything else, we are still evolving. Nice article. I will be checking back as you have very insightful things to say.</description>
