		<description>I don&#039;t read it anymore except occaisionally if I see an interesting headline pop up on my rss feed.  I used to read recruiting.com religiously prior to the change in format - I feel like there used to be debate, fire, and interesting topics - it was kind of like the place where everyone went to see the big game.  With the new format it now feels like the TVguide channel.  Perhaps that&#039;s a good thing, it&#039;s probably driving traffic elsewhere.</description>
